Rode RODSC1 Overview
The Rode SC1 is a high-quality microphone extension cable that offers 20′ of additional length between your mic’s 3.5mm TRRS connector and the 3.5mm headphone jack of a smartphone or tablet.
The SC1 is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and can be used with smartphone-ready microphones from Rode, as well as other manufacturers.
The cable is equipped with a female 3.5mm TRRS jack on one end and a male 3.5mm TRRS plug on the other. It is well suited for applications that require positioning the subject further away from your smartphone or mounting the microphone on a boompole or stand.
